Assuming your TV and 3D glasses are working fine, there is a possibility you may have  an undiagnosed eye problem. Surprisingly its not rare that  we see patients who have functioned well without realizing they have a lazy eye and limited 3D perception. Some patients even have poor vision in one eye but have never needed to cover the good eye to notice that their other eye is weak. To view 3D TV properly both eyes must be balanced  and able to simultaneously perceive the screen image.
